Updated: Nov 5

In a world filled with noise and distractions, the concept of healing often gets lost. We rush through life, barely pausing to reflect on our emotional and mental well-being. Yet, there is a haunting beauty about the need to connect with source and energy .We will dive into the themes presented in 'The Forgotten', a poignant narrative that intertwines the supernatural with the deeply personal journey of healing.

Exploring the Forgotten and now reliving the #truehaunting on Netflix Oct 7

We thought we had left the haunted house behind. But the woods of Kentucky carried shadows of their own. At night the trees leaned in like witnesses, their silence louder than screams. Every creak in the cabin, every gust of wind, felt like something hunting us in the dark.

These weren’t the spirits of the Avenues these were our own phantoms. Grief. Fear. Anger. Judgement .Family obligations and expectations placed on us !

Out here, there was no hiding. No neighbors. No one telling us how to heal or what to do with our lives and what we wanted we just to live off grid away from all the chaos

Just the raw earth and the weight we carried inside.

Yet the woods also became our altar. Stripped down to nothing, we found truth. Healing wasn’t given it was chosen. I saw it first through my rescue horse. She didn’t trust me at once. It took months of patience, presence, and quiet. In her, I learned that healing isn’t rushed it’s felt. It’s shared.

This is the aftereffect of a haunting. Not just the kind left behind by restless spirits, but the shadows we carry in ourselves. Each shadow asks us to pause, to reflect, and to walk a different path back to the light.

Pause for a moment:

✨ What shadow are you holding today?

✨ Where do you go when you need to feel safe?

✨ What would healing look like if you allowed it to unfold at its own pace?

Let’s explore the forgotten shadows together. Even though you are all alone in this journey. We are here to help support you with the tools you need to overcome the hidden shadows and believe us the obstacles and world filled with distractions with not give you the time to reflect

Tips for Seeking Closure

  • Reflect on Your Experiences: Take time to think about what you need to feel complete. Write down your thoughts and feelings.

  • Create a Ritual: Consider creating a personal ritual to symbolize letting go. This could be as simple as writing a letter and burning it.

  • Seek Professional Help: Sometimes, talking to a therapist can provide the guidance needed to find closure.

The Journey Continues

As we explore 'The Forgotten', we realize that healing is not a destination but a journey.

In the end, 'The Forgotten' teaches us that healing is possible. It requires courage, vulnerability, and a willingness to face our truths. As we navigate our paths, let us remember the power of awakening and connection with nature and understanding the world revolves around karma. These shadows can go deeper than the present they can stay lost for centuries, only to be uncovered by the truth.

Healing is a personal journey, but we do not have to walk it alone. By sharing our stories and supporting one another, we can create a community of healing the shadows we tried to hide.

As we reflect on the themes of 'The Forgotten', let us carry its lessons into our lives. Healing may be a haunting experience, but it is also a beautiful one. Embrace the journey, and remember that every step forward is a step towards the light and a way to walk into the light with confidence. Staying out of the shadows that pull us back in. I just recently learned about how the world works after the first time you fall down and reveal the pain that was hidden for so long that the weight was unbearable. I will be looking forward to joining in January to shed more tears and laughter.
